Is the family in treatment?

Are they involved in the polygraph plan?

Are they prepared to consider the results, with the aide of a counseling professional.

Did she actually go to therapy?

How old is she? juvenile? adult? married? children?

school hist? work?

meds?

psychiatric hosp?

how about any history of self-injury or attempts?

She sounds like a potentially very disturbed person, but you never know, she might also be very resilient.

She has issues for sure. It would be helpful to know more about the diagnostic profile. There is some overlap between things like borderline and histrionic personality and sexual trauma, in addition to other correlation with cognitive and learning deficits such as NVLD (which is associated with pathological lying in juveniles).
